Zenguard returns Policy

 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Zenguard BJJ gear. If you are not happy with your purchase, please read our returns policy below for details on how to proceed.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
  • Custom or personalized items are non-refundable, unless faulty.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at returns@zenguard.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe return delivery. We are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at returns@zenguard.com with photos and details of the issue.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping costs.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items marked as final sale

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Zenguard is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes associated with your return.
